Any manufacturer or seller warranty, its duration, coverage, exclusions and claim route will be stated on the relevant listing or warranty document. If no separate commercial warranty is offered, statutory remedies still apply. Contact Natali Art Hub for help with a claim; we will not direct you away from remedies for which we are responsible.
Use products in line with their labels and manufacturer instructions. Check age suitability, ventilation, storage and protective-equipment advice where relevant. Artist colours, solvents, sprays, tools and mediums should not be assumed suitable for skin, food contact, children or inhalation unless specifically intended and labelled for that use. Keep sharp tools and unsuitable materials out of children’s reach.
