Open Box and Value Deals Policy

Value Deals may include open-box items, display pieces, packaging-damaged products, last pieces or products with minor cosmetic imperfections. Every listing must describe the actual condition, included contents, known missing parts, relevant photos, price, warranty position and any limits on voluntary change-of-mind returns before purchase.
A grade alone is not a complete condition description. Suggested grades are A for packaging damage with the product unaffected, B for disclosed minor cosmetic marks, and C for an opened package. The specific listing controls; a lower grade must not hide a functional defect, leakage, contamination or an expired product.
If the delivered item matches the clearly disclosed condition, that disclosed feature alone does not make it defective. However, an undisclosed fault, unsafe condition, wrong item or material mismatch remains subject to the remedies available under our Returns Policy and applicable law. A discount or “sale” label does not remove those rights.
We will not sell an unsafe or unusable product as a merely cosmetic Value Deal. Where shelf life or expiry is relevant, the listing and supplied item must carry accurate information. Contact us before ordering if the condition description is unclear.
