Bulk and Business Order Terms

Retailers, institutions, studios and other business buyers may request a quotation for delivery within India only. A quotation should identify the seller, buyer, products, quantities, specifications, validity, price and tax basis, freight, payment schedule, delivery estimate and any agreed credit or special-order terms. An enquiry does not create a credit facility, distributorship, territorial exclusivity or resale authorisation.
Supply begins only after acceptance of the agreed quotation and payment or approved credit arrangements. Changes to quantities, specifications or delivery requirements require written agreement. A business order remains subject to applicable law; the description “B2B” does not by itself remove any consumer protection that legally applies to the buyer.
Report discrepancies promptly with the invoice and delivery details. Any commercial inspection period must not conceal defects or unlawfully remove remedies. Agreed business terms take precedence over conflicting voluntary retail benefits only to the extent lawful. The Mumbai jurisdiction clause in our Terms applies subject to its statutory exceptions. Product safety, accurate description and applicable mandatory obligations remain unaffected.
A person ordering for a business confirms authority to bind that business. Credit requires a separately accepted written arrangement stating the due date and any lawful interest or recovery terms. We may suspend new credit orders for overdue undisputed amounts after notice. No unagreed penalty, automatic forfeiture or blanket deduction applies.
For a separately accepted transaction with a buyer who is not a consumer under applicable law, the written quotation may exclude indirect or consequential commercial loss and cap ordinary contractual damages at the price paid or payable for the affected goods. Such a clause requires express agreement and legal review; it is not automatically incorporated by this policy. It must preserve refunds and must not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, statutory product liability, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
