Artist Hub Submission Terms

You confirm that you own the submitted work or have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. You retain copyright. You grant Dnyanesh Khanderao Mhatre, sole proprietor trading as Natali Enterprise a non-exclusive licence to host, display and technically resize the approved material for your Artist Hub profile while it is listed. Separate permission is needed for unrelated advertising, merchandising or licensing to others.
Choose which contact details may be public. You may request correction or removal through [ARTIST CONTACT]. We may moderate unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive material and explain the decision where practical. Removal requests will be handled within a reasonable period, subject to necessary legal records and backup processing.
A listing does not guarantee sales, employment or commissions. Any sale or commission arranged directly with an artist is governed by the separately disclosed arrangement. If Natali collects payments, takes commission or acts as seller, disclose that role and the applicable buyer and seller terms before enabling transactions.
