How to raise a complaint
For an order, delivery, product, payment or privacy concern, contact customer support or our Grievance Officer. Please give your name, order number if available, contact details, the issue and your requested resolution. Attach relevant photos or documents if available. Do not send card PINs, passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs.

We will acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours of receipt and redress it within 30 days of receipt. We will give you a complaint reference number, a copy or written summary of the complaint as recorded, and updates through the contact channel you provide. You can quote the reference number to request the status.
If more information is needed, we will explain what is required. Asking for further information does not automatically restart the complaint deadline. We will communicate our decision and the action taken in writing.
External remedies
You may also seek assistance through the National Consumer Helpline at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ or approach a competent consumer commission or other authority. Using our complaint process does not remove or restrict those rights. A customer does not have to waive statutory remedies to receive assistance from us.

For questions about personal information, access or correction requests, withdrawal of optional consent, or requests to delete information where permitted, contact 859 10 80041. We may request limited information to verify your identity. Retention required for invoicing, tax, fraud prevention or legal claims may prevent immediate deletion of some records.
