Cancellation Policy

Contact support as soon as possible to cancel. If your order has not been dispatched and no separately agreed custom work has begun, we will cancel without a cancellation fee and refund the payment. If we cannot stop a dispatched order, the applicable return process will apply. We will not impose unilateral cancellation penalties or automatically deduct payment gateway charges.
If we cancel an order we cannot fulfil, we will notify you and refund all amounts collected for the cancelled portion, including associated charges where applicable. Custom work requires its own lawful cancellation terms agreed before payment.
