Available payment methods and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through [PAYMENT PROVIDER AND SUPPORT LINK]. Use only the payment route displayed for your order. We do not request your OTP, card PIN, UPI PIN or password by phone, message or email.
A payment debit does not by itself confirm that an order was accepted. If payment fails, is duplicated or is debited without an order confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference. We will check the payment status and help resolve it. Bank or payment-provider dispute and chargeback routes remain available where applicable.
We provide the applicable invoice showing the seller and transaction details. For a business invoice, give the correct legal name, billing address and GSTIN before invoicing. Corrections will be handled within applicable invoicing requirements; tax-credit eligibility is subject to law and your own circumstances.
There are no recurring payments unless you separately choose a service that clearly discloses and obtains consent for them. Such a service must explain how to cancel recurring authorisation before enrolment.
